Great Educational Opportunities

Lenawee County is the proud home of Adrian CollegeSiena Heights University, and Jackson College, who collaborate to offer accelerated college degrees programs and college credit to high school students throughout our communities. The Lenawee Intermediate School District also created the LISD TECH Center, which provides high school juniors and seniors free programs to earn credit toward graduation requirements, industry certifications, and/or college credit.

Vibrant Arts in Lenawee County

The arts come alive in Lenawee County. Home to artistic treasurers such as, the Adrian SymphonyCroswell Opera HouseTecumseh Center for the Arts to name a few. Also attracting residents and students are the Adrian College and Siena Heights University theaters and art departments, 

Locations throughout the county provide residents the opportunity to learn new skills or hone the skills they have already been developing.  Classes range from clay throwing, glass blowing, metal and wood working to paint and pours. Instructor led course can be found throughout the community at participating partners such as Lenawee Council for the Visual Arts, Adrian Center for the Arts, Manitou Beach Boathouse and Art Gallery as well as the Community Arts of Tecumseh, these locations provide many opportunities for our residents to both enjoy and participate in the arts.
